All apartments are located in 1 building only a few steps away from the beach.
This apartment is upstairs ( 5 or 6 ) with a side view to the beach from the Master bedroom.
From sun-up to well past sundown; from glowing morning skies to saturated ocean sunsets and sparkling starry nights, Island House is your special place to let all stresses fly away. Sipping morning coffee or tea on the beach deck while drinking in views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf….strolling along miles of pristine white sands on Manasota Key….watching playful dolphins, exotic birds and endangered turtles….basking in the sun….playing in the waves…what quiet moments and pleasant memories await!
Directly on the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, Island House is a privately owned vacation rental of six fully furnished apartments–three upstairs and three on the ground floor.
This is a non-smoking property. All units have full kitchens including stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker ( filter ) , dishes, cookware, and utensils! A barbecue grill is available outside for all guests to share.
Each unit has 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. We also provide beach towels - exchange upon request.

I would like to know when Apt 4 is available…. That’s the one I really wanted.. I would like to come back with the kids… overall Loved it!!!

Beach front is really beach front. The pictures are so true to this location. My daughter spent days collecting shark teeth and shells. Waves were not overwhelming. The decor was really cute. Perfect size for my family of three. Very clean and organized. Would definitely rebook again.

Great location in proximity to the beach. Check in was approved a little early, which was very nice. The A/C ran all night and stayed at 75..(set to 74) I would imagine the summer months could be uncomfortable. There was a used coffee filter in the sink upon arrival, and the shower was a little weird. Half wall, so the toilet paper got wet. The water in the bathroom sink was nothing more than a trickle.

Location was great! Power went out and we couldn’t get to breaker box so we could flip breaker, had to call property manager and had to wait 1 hr for her to come and she still couldn’t fix it. She left door unlocked I looked at it after she left and flipped the correct breaker and fixed it myself. The day before we left someone came and used the code to come into the apartment. Said they were to check into that room. After 45 minutes Nina called them and said she had given them the wrong room number and code…….
