My friends and I stayed and attended an LSU game. The house and location were perfect for our group. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area by the water and the house was a great size for us with plenty of bathrooms. What a great stay and experience!

Dock Holiday’s place was perfect for a family get together! Backyard faces river which is across from New Roads, so it was beautiful and very quiet. There was a draw down this year, but that didn’t take away the beauty of False River. There was a fire pit that we kept burning the whole time thanks to wood from Bob. The house was spacious with very comfortable beds, big TV’s, great outdoor screened in upstairs patio and another patio downstairs facing the fire pit and the river. There was a nice dock that would be great for boaters including a nice bar and sitting area. 2 refrigerators and plenty of parking too.

The property was not recently cleaned as nearly all rooms contained corner spider webs! The refrigerators contained foods and screened porch refrigerator contained dead bugs! There was no available closet space. The property needs updating and could be quite the vacation gem if properly maintained! Space was appropriate for the 13 guests present.
