Ground flood, corner condo on the Big Lake Okeechobee.
High speed wifi.
Short walk to the Tiki Bar Restaurant.

Located only a few steps away from the Tiki Bar and marina. Boat ramps close by as well. Only a couple traffic lights away form the heart of Clewiston for shipping and additional restaurants and bars.
Getting around Clewiston is very easy, very little traffic, most places within walking distance and perfect area for a bike ride. Limited taxi service in town so ideally drive, walk or bike.
Please be certain to lock door and replace key inside lockbox. Living room fan/light and lamps are controlled by remote control located on the side table and/or shelf under TV. The small white remote controls the lamps and the black controller controls the fan/light. The switch next to patio door labeled “fan” must be on in order for the remote and fan/light to work.

Close to fishing and quiet very clean

The home is in a great location for going around town or out on the lake. Check in was very easy and the area is nice. The host was very responsive. There were a few issues with cleanliness and the Wi-Fi. There was a roach under one of the toilet seats, a grease filed pan in the oven and some dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We were able to use the provided password to connect our phones to the internet, but the tv's would not connect to the internet (which made them obsolete). The fan in the living room would randomly turn on even when initially turned off with the provided remote. Overall our stay was decent, but not quite what we expected.
