This apartment is located on the ground floor facing the beach. Large panorama windows offer an amazing view of the ocean .

Directly on the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, Island House is a privately owned vacation rental of six fully furnished apartments–three upstairs and three on the ground floor.
This is a non-smoking property. All units have full kitchens including stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and utensils! A barbecue grill is available outside for all guests to share. Free wifi on property.

The property is great and is right on the beach as advertised. Have previously stayed there and enjoyed it both times. Only negative was a family staying there that scrambled to set up their two gazebos (one large and one small) in early a.m. that took up most of the beach the property has. They also had two umbrellas they would erect so that took up even more room. This is no fault of the owners so does not reflect on them, just rude people. Would love to see a rule on the amount of beach real estate you’re allowed to claim. Overall it’s a nice place and a perfect location. Would rent again.

We were so excited right from the start. We opened the front door and was taken back with the size of the unit it had so much space. All of the furnishings are just so nice Beds are very comfortable, with plenty of very nice bed linens. Plenty of bath towels and as well big beach towels. Plenty of cooking utensils pots and pans. The unit is stocked with everything you will possibly need for your vacation. The beach front is just out the front door. And can also be seen from the living room, dinning room, and the kitchen. Open floor plan. Lots of seating available on the beach front. You have a front row seat for the dolphin show in the mornings with your coffee, and evening show as well ! The sunsets are spectacular. I can not say enough great things about the Island House. We look forward to coming back twice a year ! Also great restaurants and shopping in the area. For the guys, also seen several big fish pulled in.

Golf view was awesome! The condo was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
