Ottima rapporto qualità-prezzo. Appartamento proprio nel centro di Lipari, a pochi minuti dal porto. Casa grande, spaziosa, con due bagni, anche se uno solo con wc e lavandino. Molto pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Cucina grande con tutti gli accessori disponibili e funzionanti. Proprietario di casa gentile e disponibile, anche se solo telefonicamente.
Unica mancanza, essendo un appartamento nel centro, non ha spazi esterni, ha dei balconcini ma non utilizzabili perché molto piccoli e con affaccio diretto e ravvicinato su palazzi vicini.

Emplacement est parfait. L’appartement est récemment restauré, très propre, très beau, l’équipement est très, très bien, il ne manquait strictement rien, il y avait même des condiments et une bouteille de l’eau dans le frigo. Merci beaucoup, c’est très appréciable ! Walter est très attentif, toujours disponible et répond vite. De plus, le propriétaire a fait un guide remarquable et fonctionnel avec tous les détails d’usage pour l’appartement, avec les différents conseils sur les restaurants, magasins, transports, balades, activités, points incroyables.
Bruits dans la rue dû à l’emplacement central et les fêtes tardives des locaux (pas la faute du propriétaire). Même pour cela Walter a prévu des boules-caisses pour les hôtes.
