Location. Lovely garden view. Nice fenced off area for dog.
Could have been more comfortable, ie beds and sofas, chairs. Wasn’t well equipped with cutlery, cutlery was old, crockery, cooking utensils, pans. Inadequate for 2, definitely not enough for 4. Lot of windows didn’t open. Poor upstairs bathroom. Booked as wanted bath but difficult to use because of head height and very small, so had to use downstairs shower. Couldn’t park outside for 1/2 stay.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Spacious and pleasantly decorated, a really cosy place to spend Christmas, with a bonus Christmas tree provided (thank you!)
Owners were unobtrusive (didn't even see them, but heard them and smelled their lovely baking!)
Sofas and easy chairs a bit low, limited amounts of crockery, cutlery and cookware (we were cooking Christmas dinner!)
Limited space for waste and recycling (would probably be ok normally, but not for Christmas).

Beautiful location with everything on your doorstep, shops, butchers, bakers, playground, castle etc. the owners go above & beyond with local goods like sourdough, eggs, milk on arrival. Thank you :)
