la situazione a pochi passi del mare e del centro. Maria é gentillissima, Pingo il suo piccolo cane e stato l'amico di vacanze di mia figlia. c'é tutto il necessario per le vacanze, abbiamo comprato un ombrellone + un bodyboard che sono rimasti li per i prossimi clienti ;) terrazza grande al calma e con ombra , parcheggio gratuito vicino. appartamento ben trattenuto.

Tutto perfetto, un po rumoroso se si aprono le finestre ma coll'aria condizionata nelle camere si rimane al fresco e al calma. c'é stato un po di confusione perché vedendo le foto del giardino ed il titolo "casa Maria e casa Gloria" pensavamo affittare una casa ma é un appartamento, il giardino é quello della proprietaria.

Very large, extremely private gated grounds with numerous exotic fruit trees, plants and privacy bushes. Walking distance to waterfront, centre full of nightlife, restaurants, gelato, boardwalk. Very close to local shops, butcher, fruit, bakery, grocery. Very safe parking facility within the grounds.

We had the upper floor of the big villa, with separate entrance. The ground floor holds the reception office and a small apartment in the back, where the owners live. Very discrete. We were well received and introduced to the location. Non English speakers, but very kind and we were able to get along with some Spanish/Italian mix :) . Gloria, the daughter, was in contact on WhatsApp in EN, offering also recommendations for food upon request. Impressive garden. The place was clean and spacious: 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces, 1 bathroom, many beds, kitchen with large fridge and cutlery (only used it for breakfast), large terrace after the sun went down. Air conditioning was in every bedroom which helped with the heat. You are 10 min straight walking distance from the beach and main restaurants.

I would recommend better quality bed linen and towels - thicker and preferably white, for the inevitable stains to be taken out with proper cleaning substances. It was obvious they were washed and clean, but stains were still visible, especially on body towels. There is a road crossing by the front site of the property and the bedrooms are oriented towards that street. But sleeping with the windows closed and the air on made it bearable. Nothing some earplugs won't fix in case you are more sensitive. The kitchen is built as part of the terrace, in a decent closed space. The furniture and kitchenware are a bit worn out, and during the day it gets incredibly hot. The ceiling fan is far from enough, as mid-day you get 45 degrees C outside and probably more inside, while the terrace is totally exposed to sun - you could only use it early morning / evening.
