Location and view from terrace was excellent. Spacious apartment.

Beds were not very comfortable.

advertised as two bathrooms but it was a shower room with a separate toilet not what we wanted at all. Really quite a walk to nearest supermarket bar etc. at least 20 minutes of solid walking.

If you're looking for a relaxing apartment on the coast this is exactly the place for you. The view is STUNNING. It's located about a 20-minute walk from the old town and only a short taxi from all of the key areas to visit (Alcudia Port and Port De Pollenca). The beds are pretty comfy and the living areas are very spacious. Other things: check in and out was easy, the place was clean and the air conditioning does the job!

Ungepflegte Wohnung, dringend revovierungsbedürftig. An den Schränken und Griffen sind Schrauben nicht festgedreht, Töpfe haben defekte Deckel und der Fussboden ist abgewetzt und wirkt dadurch leicht dreckig. Beim Herd gehen nicht alle Platten und der Kühlschrank ist in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht alle Lampen sind funktionsfähig. Der Syphon im Bad funktioniert nur,wenn man regelmäßig Wasser nachgießt, sonst riecht es stark in WC und Bad. Das Hauptbett ist ok (innenliegend ohne Fenster nach draußen), das Bett im 2. Zimmer sehr hart. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist eine Qual. Was man noch wissen muss: Die Wohnung darunter hat einen offenen Bereich, der den Schall in diese Wohnung überträgt, das kann je nach Mietern sehr laut sein.
