The bus stop is right at the door, however by foot the center is 15mins. Kitchen well equipped. The owner is very responsive and helpful. (It was quite cold despite of the season and there is self-adjustable heating which was very handy to dry wet clothes after a rainy day).

Compact studio flat in a great location, on a main bus route straight into Lugano. Very easy to find. Beautiful views onto the lake.
The folding sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the other option of the sleeping platform was diffcult to access and use. These let down an otherwise great short term let.

A clean, well equipped and nice studio for a stay in lovely Lugano. Before we came Monica, the owner, sent us information about the studio, how to get in and which bus to catch from the train station. Everything went smoothly. There is a busstop next to the studio. I can highly recommend this studio for a stay in Lugano 👌.

Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Very well equipped. Very well appointed. Handy for the bus stop.
The bed in the sky. It was not accessible for me. The ladder was impossible I had to sleep on the settee which was not comfortable.. Young people may enjoy this property a lot but for older or less mobile it is not really suitable Some road noise.
