A few issues, but clean and newer hotel. Would return.

The location worked out well for us. Although not close to a lot of "Louisville" things, it was close to family, which was beneficial to us. Everything is new and clean since this area of town is relatively new.

Snow and ice in parking lot could have been better cleaned. Was a bit hazardous walking to the hotel entrance. The bathroom sink did not drain well. Lighting in the room was not good. Could use more brightness. The breakfast was pretty lackluster. Not much flavor in eggs or potatoes. Not always someone at the front desk. Husband actually took an item out of the store area and had to return hours later to pay for it.

So I was their 2 nights because my other friend that come weekly their said its a good place i spent 2 nights in a room that smelled bad then I lost the remote under the bed so I moved it and then I found just nastiest pill and god know what then the chair in the room was orange and had a big white spot on it so yeah not sitting their

Dirty shower hair all over the wall , pool was mostly too cold even though it was supposed to be heated, they wouldn’t give me towels for a week said I had to call and request in the morning and this was at like 7 at night, microwave wouldn’t work then they got mad I got a burner to cook in my room

Convenient location, older furnishings

The hotel was conveniently located by the places we needed to go. The property is a little tired, but seemed to be clean. The breakfast selection was not large, but was sufficient.

We requested assistance with a burned out lightbulb and were told that he had to leave the front desk to bring the new bulb. It appears there is only one employee there at night. There is no lid to close on the toilet which seemed a little odd.

The weekend was a touch one for us and staff, specially the manager, tried making things better.

Manager was extremely kind and helpful New staff need more training.

1. Having to walk into the shower to turn on the water and get sprayed with cold water, ridiculous. 2. No toilet seat cover? Gross 3. No microwave in room, guy at front desk had to come up to verify, I felt i needed to say he could check out bags. He told me he planned to file a theft report, for prior guests. Added stress i certainly shouldn't been privy to & told that. 4. Someone could have turned up the fridge temp, we figured that out midway through time there. 5. Sink was clogged since we arrived, but we had to leave room when your people family was leaving. (We were attending my brother's celebration of life.) We had 3 rooms total. All the above happened in our room 301.. we did get help when we asked for it like extra pillows the last night as I feel down at my brother house and needed help. Everyone was kind, but it was overwhelming. That sink should have been cleaning with free flowing water, the cleaning people should have known that. Appreciated that all 3 our rooms were given late check out but we all left earlier anyway. Suggestion: at food bar a simple sign their maybe dairy in something (like omeletes) and and nothing is gluten-free. Idea that might be helpful to others in these days of trying to live healthier.

Very Clean, very nice, comfy and location was great.

Breakfast was decent. Room was very clean and comfy, the lighting was not that great, room seemed very dark but it wasn't something that interfered with our stay. Bed was comfy and pillows were comfy. We were able to have our dog with us which was nice. It was just very relaxing, and the husband and I were happy to have a nice clean place to stay and not have to worry about other stuff

The pool was closed. Having to pay pet fee each night. Also being charged a "deposit" on top of our reg room rate.

Close to family.

Room door lock was difficult to operate. Key didn’t work half way through stay and needed to be reset. Wanted room cleaned and housekeeper blew off my room. I had told front desk at 7:30 am about cleaning and was told it was all set. Went down at 5:30 pm and found out housekeeping dropped the ball. Not a big deal I know, but for $250 a night I expected better.

The sheets and pillows were terrible. The sheets were scratchy, hot, and stiff. The pillows were cheap and lumpy. I'd expect better from a 200.00 night stay. The TV service in the rooms was disappointing as well.

Exceptional

95% of Everything. The best part was the smiles as the staff greeted us coming in. The building is phenomenal. Nice and clean. My husband loved that there was a Harley Davidson store not even 5 minutes away.

The location as far as restaurants especially when the guest aren't from around the area.
