About this house rental

This beautiful new light and bright apartment has just been finished. It is in a wonderful quiet location in a small village near Hermagor, Carinthia. It is mere minutes from the fabulous Nassfeld ski area resort, as well as very close to Pressegger-See, which is the only lake in Austria that is reliably warm every summer. Weißensee is in easy driving distance.

The apartment has three bedrooms, a shower room with a separate WC, a full working kitchen, and a large living area with a big dining table. There is also a large terrace off the kitchen.

We rented this apartment for the second time, because we find it very convenient and we love the surroundings. We enjoyed Egger alm, lake piscine, nassfelld and Ljubljana. As allaaus Allie was a very nice host

Allie was fantastic in communication, both before arrival and throughout the stay. She was very kind when my son wasn’t feeling well, writing down what to give the pharmacy and bring homemade chicken soup! The place is gorgeous and was perfect for our family. Die FeWo ist sehr schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend zum Skifahren, Wandern, Laufen, Mountainbiken etc. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg. Mit dem Auto in max. 5 Minuten.

Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Dame. Ihre Hunde sind groß jedoch sehr kinderfreundlich und tun keinem etwas. Das Objekt ist der Wahnsinn. Es entspricht total den Bildern. Wir haben unseren Hund auch mitgehabt und mit Ihren Hunden gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Wir waren in der Früh immer gemeinsam spazieren. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und es gibt sehr viel zu erleben.

Wir haben uns in Allies Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist überdurchschnittlich gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Für schönes Wetter gibt es die große Terrasse mit Blick zum Schloss und zu den Bergen. Allie ist eine aufmerksame und sympathische Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr gut mit ihr verstanden.
