The Pioneer House is at the origin of Chalets-Village. This contemporary chalet, in the heart of the action, has been available to rent since 1988. The country house is beautifully located between two heritage homes.
This house was inspired by traditional Quebec architecture. With its slanted roof, distinctive windows, fireplace, chimney and outward appearance, the chalet finds a balance between traditional and modern.
Skylights and abundant windows provide ample natural light as well as an excellent opportunity to enjoy the local landscape.
The Pioneer House can accommodate up to 12 people. The total surface is 2,200 ft2 (205 m2) over three floors. You will find yourself within minutes of Mont-Sainte-Anne’s ski slopes and bike paths.

We had the most enjoyable time! The deck, yard and hot tub were amazing. The house was so comfortable and the beds were great, plenty of room for the nine of us. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. Good parking and small market at the end of the street.

We really enjoyed an abundance of rooms and cleanliness of the house. It was very well equipped perfect for many more than our group of 7.
