No smoking of any kind permitted inside condo or at the resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect place with short walk to beach. Convenient to Convention Center. Great shops and restaurants close and walking distance!! Recommend Dirty Dons oyster restaurant 1/2 block away!!

Location and oceanfront is good. Bad water pressure had leaks in room and need to check combination locks key pads are bad

The facility was very clean the had trash cans next to the elevators to make it easy for you to take your trash out. The pools were very nice and our kids really enjoyed themselves. Our room was clean for the most part but could have been a little better in the kitchen area. The fridge that was in there was too big for the space and your couldn’t close the door for privacy. Our condo needed a little TLC the closet door was off the track and screws out of the walls. Also the security latch broke I reported it immediately they did send someone to our floor to look at it. He claimed he would have to go buy one and never saw him again the rest of our vacation. This hotel is next to a very nice park with swings but which means public access. This is good and bad, if your laying out on the lawn anyone can come by and watch and there is nothing that the hotel can do about it.
