Due to the accelerated erosion and extreme high tides on North Topsail Beach, the town of North Topsail and CAMA have installed oversized sandbags as a temporary measure to protect these homes. Please be aware during high tides there will be no beach or direct beach access. Beach nourishment projects take place Nov-April and may impact this area. Please visit the town website for updates.

The vaulted ceilings and abundant windows let in natural light and give an open and airy feel. The living room features a large glass sliding door to a second private oceanfront deck. Perfect location! Inside of the house set up great! Just 2 little suggestions maybe update the cookware a little and there's no place to wash your feet off coming in from the beach. Regardless of those 2 little things we had a great time and loved the place. We'll be back for sure!

The place was clean. Couldn’t access beach underneath due to sand. If we hadn’t had a 4WD vehicle we would’ve been stuck in all the sand in the driveway. Stairs inside were dangerously shallow. Dining chairs about to collapse. The recliner tips over if you try to lean back. Outside lights weren’t all working. Freezing downstairs. Warm upstairs. You can tell it’s been left to fall into the surf soon. But, it was 4 days at the beach. Luckily we could walk underneath the unit next door to access the beach as no one was there.
