This boutique-style building with just 32 units is located at the north end of Singer Island within close driving proximity to Publix, Starbucks, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, restaurants, shopping, PBIA -- the list goes on.
Non-smoking building/condo and no pets allowed. Water/sewer, electric, cable/wifi provided along with cleaning service every 2 weeks. Just come and enjoy!!
The condo association requires all renters to pass a background check processed by a third-party company.

Awesome place to stay!!. My wife and I stayed for over a month. The condo is newly renovated and has a number of high-end finishes and appliances. We had plenty of room for work. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and took great care of us. He even had a cleaning person come in every couple of weeks while we were there. The condo itself had plenty of amenities and everything we really needed for our stay. The pool is a little small but given there was never anyone in it, we had it to ourselves whenever we wanted to go in. We only met a few of the other residents while there but everyone was super friendly. The location is fantastic. Within a ten minute drive there are plenty of places to dine or shop. Getting to beach was extremely easy. It was about a two minute walk from the condo until we were on the beach. The owner even provided four beach chairs and an umbrella if we needed them. We were there every day. The balcony area is large and a great place to sit in the morning and evening. Not quite a full ocean view but you can see some of it and the sound of the ocean comes through clearly. It certainly lulled me into a nap a few times. From the front of the condo you have a great view of the intercostal and many gorgeous sunsets. It’s nice that the condo is on the end as you can treat the front area as your own little patio and watch sunsets. The area around the building is pretty quiet which was great for us. If you are looking for a little more excitement you can take a 15-20 minute walk down to the hotel area where there are some bars/restaurant. And of course you can take a short drive and get to a ton of places. All-in-all we would stay here again and hopefully will have the chance to do so in the near-future.
