About this house rental
Enjoy your stay at the lovely Colorado Springs. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a walk out basement to the backyard. Look out at the beautiful Pikes Peak mountains from our deck. A quiet neighborhood with Laura Gilpin Park a minute down the street. Garden of the Gods only 20 minutes away. Great location to enjoy outside activities such as biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, etc. All of the stores, gas stations, supermarkets, and restaurants are within a 7 minute drive.

Nadia was awesome! She worked with us on check-in and check-out times to help us out. The house was clean, comfortable, and had more than enough space for 5 adults and 3 kids. Great stay!

Very comfortable, with all the amenities needed. Well stocked and appointed for cooking dinner, relaxing on the back deck, or enjoying the afternoon on the front porch. Appreciate it, thank you!

Overall, we really enjoyed the house we were at. It provided my young kids space to run around vs being stuck in a hotel on vacation. It was awesome having the kids toys to play with and books to look at during our downtime in the morning and evenings.
The only reason I gave the location 4/5 stars is because we came to find that we were about 15 minutes away from any touristy things we wanted to do or see while in Colorado Springs. It wouldn’t be a deal-breaker by any means, and I’m sure we would have paid a boatload if we had tried to get closer to that part of town.
If you stay here, we highly recommend Hurts Donuts Company for breakfast. They have very unique and delicious donuts. It’s about 5 minutes from the house.
Near there is also an ice cream shoppe we liked, Rizuto’s. It serves Blue Bunny ice cream, but also has a few specialized flavors, soft serve ice cream, and toppings to add.
Overall, we would for sure recommend this Vrbo to people. The owner was quick to respond to a couple questions we had, and the house was very inviting and clean.
