Just minutes away from the Palm Springs Ariel Tram, Palm Spring's downtown exquisite dinning, shopping, local casinos, and entertainment experience. Nearby grocery and convenient stores. Beautiful majestic desert hiking trails. Only one hour away from the beautiful quaint mountain communities of Idyllwild and Big Bear.
Amenities include full kitchen, washer and dryer, private patio & bbq grill, private 2 car gated carport parking, 2 large pools (heated during winter), 2 jacuzzies with a beautiful view of the San Jacinto Mountain. Maintained landscaping, and only a few steps away from the pool.
- Must provide a pdf file/photo copy of a valid government ID, or Driver License.
- No Vaping/Smoking inside home.
- Pet Restrictions Apply/ $125 pet fee.
- Cleaning Fee $160

The house is clean and in good shape. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. For longer stays, there is not much space to store groceries.
The location is on the outside of the development facing a busy intersection that is always noisy.
The heat and air conditioning were often at uncomfortable levels and set remotely.
When there were issues or questions, the property owner was very responsive.

My wife and I just spent a fantastic two months in a great Palm Springs condo. Everything was as advertised and did not disappoint. The condo was in a great location close to everything. We've using VRBO for 9 years now and this stay topped them all. Thanks Freddy!
