David was friendly, punctual and professional. He spent some time to show me around the flat to ensure I was comfortable with everything. I asked for a clothes rack which he provided very quickly. The flat was excellent and more spacious than I envisaged. David was quick and responsive via e-mail and SMS, I was never kept waiting nor had to chase him at all. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay during a rainy few days in London! David was particularly helping when it came to guiding me on local facilities. Will definately book again when I'm back this way.
