Feel like royalty on your holiday in the Villa Vigneri near Novigrad on the northwestern coast of Istria! The renovated villa was originally built in Austrian style two hundred years ago and has an aristocratic flair while providing an excellent place to relax for up to 6 people.
Stepping into the air-conditioned villa, the first thing you notice is its classic-style interior, which meets modern-day living standards. The lovely master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, while the second bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a hydromassage shower system. The villa also features a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
The spacious private garden is one of the highlights of this property. The well-tended lawn and trees provide the perfect spot for pure enjoyment by the pool. There is also a gazebo with a garden sofa set, barbecue area, and a dining set, which promise good times outdoors.
The authentic Villa Vigneri is set in a quiet area just outside the town of Novigrad in northwestern Istria. The center of the town and the nearest beach is just a couple of kilometers away, as is the Istralandia water park. The nearby places of interest include Poreč with the famous Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the town of Umag, and hilltop towns inland. The closest airports are in Pula (70 km) and Trieste, Italy (95 km), while the state border with Slovenia is less than 20 km away.
