PROs: Place was huge, clean, and very nice. Had everything we needed for our stay.
CONs: Sleeps 11, we had 6 but were charged for an extra person.
Was told "that's the way the system is set up". I could find nothing in the ad that mentioned this "extra person" fee. It was a very nice place, but if we have a large group looking for a place to stay again in San Antonio, unfortunately I won't rent from this company. :(

The property itself is nice and spacious. However, I was not aware that it is not a single-family residence. There are three other apartments on the same lot, and the walls are extremely thin — I could hear full conversations from the neighboring units.When I arrived, our designated parking spot was occupied, and it took some time and effort to have the vehicle moved. Unfortunately, this happened more than once during my stay.For the first two nights, I reached out to the owner around midnight because a neighbor had loud music playing. Despite contacting the owner, nothing was done, and I had to personally step outside and ask the neighbors to lower the volume so we could sleep.Additionally, there were not enough trash bags provided for a 10-day stay. Our assigned trash can was already full of empty beer bottles upon arrival, so I had to store our trash until it was collected.Overall, while the property had some positive features, I was disappointed with the lack of privacy and the disturbances. In the future, I would definitely look for a true single-family home.
