Place was really great, exactly as described and have all the essentials you need for kitchen, bathrooms, etc. super easy access to beaver creek village area and shops. Walking there was 3 minutes and access to ski lifts and gondola within minutes. Has everything you need in the surrounding area. Easy to get down the hill to Avon and do any grocery shopping or other things you need. We loved it and will be staying here again next time we come up to the area!

We booked this condo based on the 4.9 rating and many (all) positive reviews.. The best aspect of this home was location, great ski-in/out access. This condo needs updating and in our opinion, was too small for 4 adults. There is a twin over full bunk bed that my son was too large for. You take one step out of both bedrooms and are immediately in the kitchen and living room. The windows in the master had tape to seal them. Towels were old and needs replacing. Upon entering, there was an immediate odor of smoke in the home. The vent fan in the bunk bathroom caused an additional odor of burning. My husband and I ended up staying elsewhere, as I was sensitive to the smoke odor and left the condo to my adult son and his girlfriend. The owner was nice and sent the maintenance technician, who fixed the WiFi but reported the vent fan was on the owner to clean, windows are 40 years old. The owner also sent housekeeping to change the sheets so our son could stay in the master. There is a nice, large dining table and we were able to enjoy a few dinners there. My son enjoyed ski locker and hot tub as well.
