About this house rental
Best location in town! Spectacular mountain and town views. Quiet neighborhood boasts a 2 block walk from downtown Elk Avenue. Pop into town via the path at the end of Maroon Ave, continue up to Woods Walk and Nordic Skiing Trailhead, fifteen yards from the house. The views are unbeatable. Entering the house on the first floor, you will find a bunk room and laundry room with easy access to the jacuzzi which overlooks the backyard aspen tree grove. The bunk room has a king bed (which can be made up as two twins) and a full over full bunk bed. The second floor showcases the views of the house with a large open living room and kitchen/dining area and two bedrooms, one with a king bed with ensuite bath, the other with a king bed and dramatic brand new ensuite bathroom. The master is on the third floor, quite private with a stunning bathroom and view to the front and back of the house and walk-in closet. All furniture is brand new, mostly Restoration Hardware with a modern mountain feel. Kitchen is state of the art.
