The SeaEsta is a 1928's hidden gem located in the heart of Daytona Beach close enough to enjoy all the attractions but yet far enough to escape from the crowd. Steps away from the convention center, 5 min. walking distance to the beach/ board walk and main street, or an 1hr drive to St Augustine one of the oldest cities in the US. The SeaEsta itself is adorable, bright, cozy and clean. Smart lock and security cameras on the outside. You will definitely feel the Beach VIBES. This beautiful FIRST FLOOR UNIT has its OWN PRIVATE ENTERANCE from second unit GUEST with there own private entrance. Free parking with designated parking for both units. The SeaEsta has 2 bedrooms 1 bath a full working kitchen and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 6)
Self check in & out with smart lock
Nightly pet fee $25 per pet per day must be approved. Non approved pet fee $250
NO PETS ON BEDS OR FURNITURE IF EDVIENCE OF ANY SUCH $150 CHARGE
DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AND WALKED OFTEN OFF THE PROPERTY AND WASTED PICKED UP
DONT FLUSH ANYTHING IN TOLIETS PLUMBING SERVICE WILL BE ON YOUR TAB
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL & CLEAN IT IS SOMEONES HOME
Noise to a minimum after 11pm
**Our cleaning team has been thoroughly trained & maintains Strict adherence to CDC cleaning guidelines & recommendations for sanitation, sterilization & disinfecting. We pride ourselves in providing a bacteria free home to ensure health and safety for our valued guests! All cleanings are inspected to the highest standards prior to the arrival of our next guests. Masks are also provided for guests!**

This was a perfect location. The owner were great to work with. Bonus was the wagon and beach towels to use to walk to the beach.
