Bedroom 1 & 2 are upstairs. Bedroom 3, Living Area, Dining, Kitchen and primary Laundry Room are downstairs. Enclosed patio with privacy fence is concrete and artificial grass. Open living and dining area has lots of seating, TV and wood burning fire place. 2 car garage. Each bedroom and front door equipped with digital smart locks that can be coded independently with a pin codes of your choice for security.
