Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a recent residence. Zen decoration, with furniture that lights up, and for a change of atmosphere, the bedroom and the kitchen are equipped with color changing lamps.

Swan 🙂 Excellent central location with side sea view from a quirky balcony, perfect to sit and enjoy a flute of champagne while watching the surfers and the waves. A spacious apartment, well equipped functional kitchen, all other amenities are in order, comfortable beds, and private gated parking was definitely a bonus.
