Feeling good

I felt like I was part of a big family. I who was used to 5 star hotels in Antalya, I really liked it. It didn’t matter the size of the room, it was the attentions of the staff, the smiling presence of Ilkay and one more lady (don’t know her name), and Osman who made the transfers to the beach. Cozy, quiet hotel, clean room, tasty breakfast, good quality of sleep. Nice garden and pool. Cute cats. Boutiques and bars just a few steps.

I really like the Location. Other than that, me and my partner didn't spend time at the hotel.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Significant Improvement I’m not sure where to begin, but the hotel experience fell short in many areas, starting with the concept itself. Room & Comfort: The room was extremely small – so much so that you either had to sit on the bed or step into the bathroom just to feel like you had space. We ended up only using the room for sleeping and avoided spending any time there. Our only window faced a wall, and there was no air ventilation in the bathroom, so the air in the room was always stuffy and unpleasant. Noise Issues: The doors were not soundproof at all. We could hear everything from the hallway, and unfortunately, our room was located right next to the staff area where hotel fridges were constantly in use. The noise and commotion whenever staff needed something was disruptive, especially during the night. Atmosphere & Ambience: Alacati is typically known for its adult-friendly boutique hotels, but this hotel was filled with children who dominated the pool all day long with loud noise and games. As a couple, we were hoping for a romantic and tranquil atmosphere – instead, it was anything but peaceful. Breakfast Concept: The breakfast concept was also confusing. It was labeled as an open buffet, but there were no hot options like sunny-side-up eggs or any kind of meat products. There was no coffee, juice, or even butter available. Instead, we found only cold snacks in small bowls, which had to be refilled constantly by the staff every few minutes. It felt more chaotic than relaxing and definitely did not match the expectations set by the hotel description.

It was a very cute boutique hotel with sweet courteous staff. Not great value for money

We didn't have breakfast there as it was steeple priced compared to outside cafes

Bathroom was small and we had to constantly wipe floors that kept getting wet. One of the main bedroom lights were malfunctioning. There were mosquitoes in our room.

A real boutique in a unique village

Everything, Alaçatı is an amazing village and Jardin d’Azur is a unique pearl in it. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever eaten

Nice location and friendly staff. And the room was very clean.

Even though we were shown to a very old and small room initially the staff was flexible to change it to a better one (as seen on the booking photos). When we wanted to order a taxi to a beach club we were offered to drive with their relative and we thought that it was a cheaper option. With a normal commercial taxi that place was costing 170 turkish lira, but we him we paid 350… I would have appreciated to be informed about this extreme overcharging in advance. Breakfast was very average. You need to pay for a basic coffee. And compared to many other hotels they dont offer simit which we were really looking forward to for that price.

The shower leaks water. It should be sealed from inside so the floor don’t get wet. But everything else was great.

Very beautiful cosy calm little hotel for good rest!

The hotel was very beautiful, very cosy and comfortable! It makes you wanna stay there longer, we were heartbroken to leave it! There rooms are spacious and comfy, it has everything you need inside. Breakfast was good. Loved the terrace and pool. And the balcony of our room. It’s situated on a very calm street (but you might overhear some music from the clubs coming from far on weekends) , overall this calm atmosphere is pleasant for good rest.

The staff was helpful, but I wish they try a little more too, maybe add more of free/ cheaper extra facilities:)

Really disappointed by the size of the room (not like the picture) for the price paid. There were no place to store our clothes (only 3 hangers). The hôtel is really noisy, I was expecting a more relaxing and calm place …

The Common area with the pool and beach chairs was amazing! The breakfast was also really good. The stadig was really helpful and nice.

Our room was a bit smaller than what we had expected from the pictures and price.

The location was good. The staff was friendly especially Avan. The garden was peaceful. The traditional breakfast was good. The manager was helpful.

The hotel was not really responsive to the messages on booking.com. The room was very cramped and small and wasn't very clean. The staff didn't know English, just some of them knew very little and it made communication difficult. There wasn't a safety box in the room and no digital lock on the doors.

Good

The location was excellent. Close to the real ancient and vibrant city center and yet far enough to avoid all the noise. Ask for a room at the backside. Staff was really very friendly and gave us extra bedcover to cope with hard beds.

Price was very high compared to the average Turkish breakfast ( no real orange juice but the lemonade versoin, cheapest bread). But overall the breakfast was certainly good.
