Duplex apartment for two people with terrace

Duplex of 51 square meters, with terrace and bedroom on the upper floor in a separate room. When you enter you will be surprised by the spaciousness of the living-dining room-kitchen, which has a fireplace, flat screen TV and a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven.
Its terrace, equipped with wooden chairs and table, is ideal to enjoy the view of the garden that is on the main façade of the building, also the views of the village of Colio, Peña Sagra and Peña Ventosa. In case that friends or relatives of yours stay in the flat with adjoining terrace, you can open the fence that separates the terraces so that you can share this space.
The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a double bed. Also with a dining table.
On the upper floor you will find the independent bedroom that will surprise you for its spaciousness and luminosity, with a wide shelf under the Velux window, ideal to sit and read, where we can put a mattress if you prefer your child to sleep in this bedroom near you. It has a desk and plugs with USB sockets so that you can charge all your electronic devices.
On the top floor you have a large independent bathroom with shower, which will surprise you with the elegance of its dark tones.
Outside the flat, at the entrance door, you have a bench from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Picos de Europa National Park.
You also have, for the exclusive use of the clients of our complex, a large meadow of 12,000 square meters surrounded by an exceptional landscape: Picos de Europa, Peña Ventosa, Peña Sagra and the Sierra de Colio.
The most important thing, as in all the flats of our complex, is the place: in the middle of nature, at the foot of the National Park, which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, surrounded by a silence only broken by the sounds of animals.

Above you, just a few minutes walk away, the National Park. Around you, one of the best views of Peña Ventosa, Peña Sagra and the Sierra de Colio. Seeing the sunrise or sunset from the 12,000 square meter meadow that the property has will allow you to enjoy nature and the landscape from one of the most beautiful corners of the Valley of Liébana.

The apartments are new, spacious, bright and cozy. All of them have an independent entrance. They are decorated in Nordic style, minimalist, with a very comfortable furniture so you can enjoy your stay. They have a fireplace, heating and air conditioning. Many of them are duplexes, there are also - just as cozy - on one floor. All of them are equipped with a microwave oven, dishwasher, sofa bed, fridge and bathroom with shower. A washing machine and a dryer are available for our guests.

But the real luxury is the place where they are. A unique place for those who want to enjoy nature in a quiet place, where there is almost no noise, where no buildings, only meadows, separate you from the Picos de Europa National Park where you can walk from the apartments.

They have a private parking lot and an outlet for electric cars.

If you like hiking or cycling, there are so many routes from our apartments that - if you wish - you can give up using the car for the whole duration of your stay.
