A localização é ótima, porém no quesito limpeza, deixou a desejar, também achei o apartamento pequeno , no anuncio falava 70 m² , bem longe disso na realidade é bemmmmm pequeno. O fato de ter apenas 1 banheiro e junto da cozinha também foi ruim, não tem ar condicionado no andar de baixo.
