About this house rental
Beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully equipped house built in late 2020 in the Villas do Arraial neighborhood, which is very quiet and has 24-hour security.
The house has 4 bedrooms, including: a master suite with a balcony and minibar (1 queen-size bed with space for 2 additional mattresses), suite 1 (1 double bed and 1 single bed), suite 2 (1 double bed and 1 single bed), and a ground-floor bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds), 1 guest bathroom + 1 bathroom in the outdoor dining area, living room with a 55-inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen, a pool with lighting and a spa/hot tub, and a large outdoor dining area with a grill, a 50-inch TV, a sound system, and a foosball table. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. All bedrooms have curtain rods with 100% blackout curtains, ensuring a more restful night’s sleep (it’s already light out here in Arraial before 5 a.m.).
It’s located less than a 10-minute drive from Mucugê Beach, Pitinga Beach, and downtown.
