About this house rental
Nestled among stately live oaks draped with Spanish moss and located on a large corner lot, 51 Wagon Road is a Sea Pines gem with single-level layout, two living areas, hardwood floors, Plantation shutters, covered veranda, private swimming pool and spa. The beach is within walking distance from your front door, and the central location makes it easy to enjoy all the amenities and activities in Sea Pines Resort.
The bedrooms are spread out evenly on each side of the home. The Master Suite and Queen with Daybed/Trundle bedroom and bath are on one side, and the King bedroom and bedroom with Queen and Twin beds are on the other. The King bedroom and Queen / Twin bedroom share a jack-n-jill bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have smart TVs and the home has mesh wifi internet access.
The living areas of 51 Wagon Road include a formal Dining Room and Living Room, perfect for family gatherings. The updated kitchen opens to a more casual breakfast table and Den with mounted smart TV. The kitchen also offers bar stools for additional seating. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is located on the way to the 2-car garage, which is available for guest use.
One of the focal points of 51 Wagon Road is the custom-designed pool deck that is beautifully furnished with patio furniture, gas grill and covered veranda. The private pool and spa backs onto an undeveloped, wooded lot and provides countless hours of recreation, relaxation and privacy. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. In addition, paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.
Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Please be advised, Sea Pines is a developing area with new construction taking place on most streets at any given time. Please call Destination Vacation if you have any questions.

Wonderful home! Perfect for multi generational family. Plenty of living space, great configuration of bedrooms & nice patio with pool & hot tub. Easy walk to the beach (10-15 mins with kids and beach gear). Sea Pines is a fabulous area!

We had 4 generations at the house and we all enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was doable for everyone and there was space for the kids to play and some adult to have some quiet time. The pool was also well used by everyone. It was a perfect week together.
