About this house rental
Nestled within the foothills of Yosemite mountain is this serene Hillside Orchard Estate set over 10 acres of landscaped gardens, creeks and valleys.
The estate features an inviting lagoon pool set amongst the trees, an orchard where you can pick your own fresh organic fruit, a kid’s playground and a grand homestead with an impressive chefs’ kitchen and spacious sun-lit bedrooms.
The perfect base for exploring the historic town of Mariposa and an easy 34 miles to the beautiful Yosemite National Park
Enter the house via the electronic keypad and be greeted with an open living room with a rustic wood fireplace and sweeping views out to the mountains.
Perfect for families or groups, there are three spacious bedrooms in total. The master bedroom with a large king bed and desk to catch up on any work or study. The second bedroom with two queen beds and the third with one queen and a comfy sofa bed.
There are two bathrooms with sparkling tiled showers and vanities stocked with quality amenities and soft fluffy towels for each guest.
The large chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for entertaining a crowd with state-of-the-art appliances including two ovens, two full-size fridges, a food processor, a Keurig coffee maker, bread machine, toaster, an Instapot 6Qt, a juicer, a Blender and Waffler maker just to name a few!
Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining room or head outside to the covered patio while enjoying the sun set across the valley turning the sky pink. If it starts to get cool, light up the outdoor wood fire place where you can make s'mores with the kids & family.
Take the stairs down to the inviting lagoon pool and spend the afternoon lounging, swimming and relaxing with the sounds of the rock waterfall trickling in the background.
There is a fun playground area for the big and small kids with two swings hanging from the tree branches, a slide with a great view from the top and a bouncy trampoline.
Meander through the gardens to the fruit orchard where you may find apples, juicy plums and berries to pick depending on the season.
After all the fun and games of the day, make use of the full-size washer and dryer included in the mud/laundry room.

Very spacious home and grounds.We enjoyed beautiful weather during our stay and wildlife, deer ect on the property. We spent our days at yosemite national park, a reasonable drive from the property. The park was very impressive. Thank you for offering this beautiful opportunity to us!

The house is roomy (3 large bedrooms), the kitchen is very well equipped, and everything is spacious and nicely decorated. We appreciated the labels everywhere telling us where to find things. The pool was lovely and we even had a deer visit us on the back terrace!

This was my first experience with Vrbo. The property was described fairly accurately. The surrounding area was a little run down. The house had many ants. We would find them crawling on us while we were sitting on the couch or at the dining table. Need to hire an exterminator and seal the many gaps in the house.
