Come and discover our very welcoming apartment in CITY CENTER.
This is a T3 crossing for 4 pers. without vis-à-vis with a beautiful view of the mountains and the village, 2 bedrooms, private covered parking and closed ski room.
Well laid out and well equipped for a great holiday!.
The apartment is located in a recent and secure residence at the foot of the shops, 150 meters from the gondolas, 100 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the thermal baths and the rock baths. Everything is done on foot!
Quiet, comfortable, well equipped and very bright, you will appreciate this beautiful apartment with a living area of 40m2 (useful area 53m2) which includes a private parking space in the basement as well as a locked ski room (padlocked rack). Although there is already a washing machine in the apartment, a laundry room is also available to residents free of charge on the first floor of the building.
On the 3rd and last floor, WITHOUT ELEVATOR, the apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains from East to West.
You will be able to see that the view is splendid in all seasons.
Very cosy with a mountain chalet atmosphere, you will enjoy an entrance with 2-door cupboard, a spacious and welcoming living room and a new open and equipped kitchen.
The 2 attic bedrooms, with velux located to the west offer an unobstructed view of the mountain and the 100 gondolas that reach the cirque du Lys, ski resort of Cauterets.
The living room mainly includes: a BZ sofa, a coffee table, 1 relaxing armchair, 1 low pine sideboard, a 55 cm television with DVD player, satellite cable, an oval table and 6 chairs, a large pine cabinet, a compact radio-cd device placed on a small table with glass shelves.
The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel sink with 1 bowl with mixer tap, a Sauter 3-burner induction hob, 1 electric oven with convection heat, 1 inclined hood, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 dishwasher, 1 large refrigerator with small freezer section, 1 washing machine, 1 toaster, 1 classic electric coffee maker and 1 Nespresso-Krups-coffee maker (bring Nespresso pods or l'Or du café...), 1 pressure cooker, 1 raclette machine and all the kitchen utensils and crockery in sufficient number.
The bathroom with bathtub and lift-up and foldable shower screen includes a cabinet with 2 drawers and a sink, 2-leaf mirror cabinet offering storage for beauty products. Towel radiator. All equipment is recent.
The 2 bedrooms each have a 140x190 cm bed for 2 people, (comfortable bedding), mattresses and pillows covered with mattress pads. Duvets and blankets at your disposal. Additional pillows also in the accommodation.
The ski room allows you to store all your ski equipment during your stay and the parking space is very appreciable during busy periods in the resort or during heavy snow cover.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY during school holidays (high season).
