It had a parking space and was very central to Braintree Town. It had a lift and a nice terrace to sit on.
There are stairs inside like this: 2 down from entrance, 2 up to kitchen, 2 up to second wc, 6 down to bedroom. The lift was also not on the same level.

Dirty oven and sticky kitchen worktops, stained carpet in lounge and debris behind TV, no TV remote

Everything was nearly perfect. I would love to repeat the stay when I would be little more less busy to really tour around the lovely location.

Location was great, right in the city center close to shopping mall, restaurants, shops.
However cleaning can be better. Bathroom was a with broken shower and kitchen was not very clash as well the fridge
