Customer Service was excellent
One of the towels provide was used and dirty 🤢. I was late for breakfast by less than 15 minutes pass the cut —off (my fault as i over slept) I did not expect it to be so hard and fast to not get meal at that time. I did get coffee though. The pool was dirty

Miss Brown is a very pleasant and welcoming host Room Spacious Cooking facility Good internet service Safe access to guest room Parking available Love the gazebo area
Unable to use toilet or shower after 12pm as there’s no water available from tap or to flush toilet When it rains water collect on the stairs , no wet floor sign Fridge works well but rusty fridge door Table beside the pool could be utilised better Plants need a plant stand

The staff was pleasant. The location was residential, quiet and secure. Rooms were clean. Parking was adequate. Internet was reliable. Hot showers were great!
For the amenities offered, the property was overpriced. Some facilities were not available and others were below expectation.
