About this house rental
This timber pole home with wide verandah and mezzanine set in spacious grounds near Etty Bay. A tropical wonderland with access to World heritage rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. A beachy feeling place with lots of light and breezes. Long veranda to have breakfast with the birds or go down to the beach and use the free BBQs and get in a morning swim!
Four bedrooms sleeps 6 . Stylish beach decore throughout, open plan living. This property is on two and a half treed acres, with some fruit trees. Lots of peace and quiet.

Fantastic property in a great location with everything we needed, even breakfast for the first morning was supplied. I highly recommend this place, we all had a fantastic time.

This was the first time we used this portal for booking accommodation. Very glad we did. The accommodation was more than we expected. Was very peaceful and quite. Loved sitting on the veranda watching the birds flit in between the trees, the butterfly's and even the resident curlews. Beach is just down the road, breakfast is provided on arrival and the makings for a meal is also provided in the pantry. Well stocked and clean. Owner is very prompt with communication and put our minds at ease on the arrival procedures and it went so smoothly. We didn't want to leave. I dont think the photos do the home justice, we needed a peaceful stay to get away from stress and sure did find it here, absolutely loved our stay and found it hard to leave. Will book again for our next trip up North.

Well situated quiet location on large block & 2 storey house full of surprises. Has owners creative talents throughout. Close to Etty Beach & short drives to Innisfail, Paronella Park & Mamu Skywalk also Australian Sugar Industry Museum, Bakery & Servo just up the road.

this is an absolute great house. it is an older wooden house that has been (is) extended, and is decorated so unbelievably nice- we enjoyed every minute of our stay as it is all so well coordinated.
it was great to lounge on the veranda, okay games at the beautiful tree- table, cool meals in the kitchen that has literally every thing you need , and sleep in the beautiful beach themed bedrooms. It was great tgat there was a bluetooth sound bar, and that the rv was not in the main livibg area- so it wasn’t intrusive.
we loved the bathroom! ( heated toilet seat :-) )
the house is a short drive to the beach, a cassowary lives on the road, and the beach is stunning- and also has a resident cassowary.
the beach is gorgeous, and has a small caravan park with kiosk.
it’s a short drive to shops, and there is an amazing fruit and vegetable shop nearby.
we really enjoyed our stay, it was just so relaxing and nice :-)
