Casa Del Sol B1 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, low-density condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and local attractions, this unit offers comfort, privacy, and a beachfront experience you’ll love!
• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Tile flooring is featured in the living area, with carpet in all bedrooms.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.
• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access.
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The third bedroom features two queen-size beds.
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

The property location was great. The condo has a great floor plan for families, was spacious and clean. The amenities were lacking. There were no hand towels, or wash cloths in the property. There were no extra blankets at the property. There was a pull out couch, but no bedding for it. I contacted iTrip regarding the lack of towels on our second day. Zero follow up, zero explanation, just a guy saying “I’m only calling to very check/in went smoothly, I don’t know anything about towels, I’ll pass the message along to housekeeping”. Zero follow up from anyone after that. No beach towels? Although that seems to be the norm for rentals in the area, it is a serious oversight. Families do not have room in their suitcases to bring their own beach towels. The listing mentioned community games such as spike ball. There aren’t any community items like that on the property. The internet is horrible. Now I know you’re there for the beach, but on those rainy, double red flag days, or late nights before bed you want to stream something, most streaming services were not supported by the slow internet. You also cannot use the internet on the balcony as the range doesn’t reach. Overall while the property was nice, I would not book another rental if it is managed by iTrip Vacations.
