Welcome to the ranch! Discover old-world Tucson at its finest at this charming, lovingly-restored, three-bedroom adobe ranch. You can relax in the outside courtyards while enjoying the birds and native plants of the desert. Plus, a private hot tub can be just the place to soak in bliss at the end of each day. An outdoor shower adds convenience during your stay.

Inside, you'll find custom beams, Saltillo tile, hand-crafted wooden doors, and original paintings inspired by the South West. Prepare quick snacks or full-course meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at a table for six inside or out in its east-facing backyard. Kick back, relax, and spin some records in the central living area, or set up at the desk in the back bedroom, ideal for remote work or schooling (high-speed WiFi is provided). The Urban Ranch champions sustainability with its eco-sustainable landscape, rainwater catchment, and greywater systems. So close to the restaurants downtown and the hikes in Sabino Canyon, you can return to this beautifully landscaped yard in a quiet neighborhood and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Find yourself in a great central Tucson location that is convenient to everything! Just a mile from your door, visit the Tucson Botanical Gardens with its amazing live butterfly exhibit. The ranch is also within a mile of the city’s incredible 131-mile bike loop, running along the city’s Rillito River path. Downtown Tucson is six miles away where you can browse the galleries at the Tucson Museum of Art, sample some of the many popular restaurants, and do a little shopping.

The property was very nice. The outdoor living area was really nice, with a big courtyard. Ceilings were low in a few places, but the house was really cool. The only downside of this rental was the property management team. I had rented for a a full month. After a few days we ran out of garbage bags. So I called them. After 10 minutes of phone tree virtual assistance I finally got a real person. She told me we would only be allowed 2 garbage bags for the entire month's rental!! After my protesting about spending 8k on this rental, she suggested going to the store and buying them myself!!The other problem was a HUGE safety concern. The gas stove knobs were cracked and not working. Somehow I got the gas on but the ignitors with did not go off. The room started filling with gas odors. After a few minutes I finally got the thing turned off but had to open all the windows to vent the gas. Upon inspection, three of the knobs on the gas stove were cracked making them unusable. Again a call to the property management team. They sent someone out. He promised to get some to us quickly. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM for the next three weeks we were there!!! This was an easy fix. My wife searched Amazon and found replacements that could be there in one day. Obviously this property management team didn't care if the building blew up. My advice to the OWNER, fire these people.

Except for one issue, this would have been a perfect stay in a beautiful and clean rental home. The smaller bathroom attached to the small third bedroom has a significant sewer gas issue which was made worse whenever the shower in the other bathroom was used and also when trying to use the exhaust fan (which only drew more sewer gas into the bathroom). This caused some inconvenience as we were with friends and needed all three bedrooms and both bathrooms. I reported the issue to the management company and trust they will address it for future occupants. I don't like to leave negative reviews but would have liked to know this health-related issue before renting this property.

It was moderately comfortable.. the living area s furniture was very uncomfortable. I had to purchase garbage bags for refuse, there was very little dish soap. the outside chairs were old and tattered. the lighting was sparse in the bedrooms and the AC was minimal for the heat of the week... the ice machine and water feature on the fridge were not working...
