The room was very clean with comfortable bed and many amenities. Hosts were responsive and the neighborhood is beautiful!. Would suggest a bucket of ice, but the water bottles were most appreciated. Excellent value for a comfy room in a safe part of Phoenix!

The perfect space for a quick getaway! It was just myself in town visiting for a friends baby shower and it was wonderful! Beautiful neighborhood, easy to find, private, safe, thoughtful amenities, and clean! Everything you can ask for when booking a VRBO. Will definitely stay here again!
