About this house rental
Updated home in Biltmore South, less than one mile to the Biltmore house and a 5 minute drive to downtown. This 3/2 is tucked away on a dead end cul-de-sac, away from all the traffic but still close to everything! It has lofted deck space in the backyard for your morning coffee as well as a large lower deck with a 10ft outdoor dining table and a fire pit, which opens up to the basement that has been converted into a finished theater room complete with a 125" smart projector!
This home is completely furnished and ready to go with linens, essential kitchen/bath items, etc. There are three smart TV's (two of the bedrooms and the living room) with all available streaming services for you to sign in to (no cable service is provided). The smart projector screen downstairs is Wi-Fi equipped and connects directly to those same streaming services, and can also be wirelessly screen mirrored or connected to a gaming system with the supplied HDMI cable.
The home has a split floor plan with the master bed/bath on the south side of the house, with two guest rooms and the guest bath on the north side. Each room has a queen bed, closet space, and dresser!

The location was very close for Biltmore. Older neighborhood very quaint. As advertised. Only downside for us was no local TV stations for news and weather. Loved the morning coffee on the back deck. Would stay here again.

Great location, very clean, kitchen well stock. Three real downfalls for our family, the steps from parking to the porch is step, tall steps. It is a risk of fall for an older person. The bathroom linens where a total of 6 towel sets total. For four people this required the purchase of linens or wash every day. Last is the living room, for four people to comfortably watch a movie someone had to sit at the kitchen table. It was a great place and yes I would rent it again. I will just be better prepared next time. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

I was disappointed in the house
It wasn't very clean. My sister and I had to sweep the floors and wash the counters. Also the light over the stove was out so it made it hard to see to cook. We didn't do anything downstairs cause it really needed cleaning.
The shower was really good. The location was good which was a positive point.
