Home underwent extensive remodel in 2022.
Three spacious bedrooms (1 king, 1 king and 1 queen), plus a bunk room with 4 bunk beds and 3 1/2 baths on a cul-de-sac with breathtaking views of the entire Vail Valley and Gore Range. The home has three brand new decks off the master bedroom, main living area and downstairs bedrooms. Private hot tub on lower deck. The views are spectacular from every deck! The best part is you are only 600 feet away from the Simba Run bus stop that gets you to Vail Village and back in only 10 minutes. Plus all new furnishings and new tvs in each bedroom and living room. Bunk room has new tv and Xbox.

Perfect experience for our family. We enjoyed staying here for the second year in a row. Meals were easy to prepare in the well-designed kitchen. The owners are very attentive and responsive to any questions. We loved it!

Located across the highway from Lionshead village in a residential area with nearby shuttle bus access. Modern decor, clean, sleek, with lots of luxurious conveniences like hot tub, gourmet stove, wine/beer cooler, large refrigerator/freezer, free-standing jacuzzi tub, walk-in closets with lots of free storage space, fancy gas fireplace, pizza oven, and more. Very friendly, helpful and responsive host.

The house is modern and beautiful. It has a great location it is walking distance from Lionshead. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very comfortable living room. We really enjoyed it.

This home was exactly as pictured and even more so. The location was great, and convenient to the bus stop. the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive or caring. it’s a wonderful home for a family with every possible amenity and well provisioned. We were in awe when we walked in until we departed.
