Facing the islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles, this charming two-room apartment with loggia will seduce you with its location, 400 meters from the beach of Argentière, without road to cross and 900 meters walk from the port of Miramar.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet residence (access by stairs).
Ideal geographical position to enjoy the fine sandy beach (with pine forest) and for many activities (walks on the coastal path, sailing, diving, canoeing, wingfoil, kitesurfing, etc ...) this T2 will seduce you.
It is composed of a bedroom with double bed (160 x 190), a living room with open kitchen and sofa bed (sofa bed 140 x 190), a shower room and separate toilet, loggia of 9m² with sofa bed (type BZ 140 x 190) and plenty of storage space. Closed loggia (bay windows), awning, roller shutters, fans.
Facing west to enjoy the sun in the afternoon until the end of the evening.
MISCELLANEOUS
All shops nearby (access via the gardens of the residence): restaurants, bakery, mini-market with butcher's and delicatessen department...
The town centre can be reached on foot or by bike via the Anamites pedestrian path.
Numerous cycling and walking paths.
Market on Sunday mornings in the city center and on Tuesdays in the Bormettes district in July and August (accessible on foot - about 700m).
