It has been recently renovated, is bright, and can accommodate three (up to four) people in two bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest restroom in the building’s entryway are available.
Long-term rentals—including for police academy students—are possible and welcome!
Upon request, a fourth bed can be added, or the two single beds can be converted into a double bed.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt, sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, die Wohnung war wie besprochen, modern, sauber, gemütlich. Das Highlight ist die geräumige Dachterrasse. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar, Safariland, Hermannsdenkmal, Sparrenburg etc. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Alles bestens.
