Pet friendly with pet stations outside for disposal. The staff is great, friendly and welcoming. Our room was equipped with a stovetop, microwave and refrigerator.

The brunette receptionist lady with all the tattoos is amazing! They are lucky to have her. We needed to check in early and she was happy to help. I brought muffins for the staff because I was very thankful! The jacuzzi room was clean, comfortable but super stinky. The drain needs bacteria cleaner or something in it badly. The room smells of stale smoke, but I get that’s out of their control. I cranked the ac, covered the drain and spayed my body mist on it and then it was just fine. The night receptionist was rude to my son upon asking for extra pillows. “I suppose you can have 1” is what she told him. There’s only 3 pillows for a king bed in the room. I have a bad knee and need it elevated so, I really could’ve used the 2 he asked for.

Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were also clean and nice. Price was decent and it has a nice central location by the river and downtown. There is a very nice walking/biking path along the river. Staff was friendly, especially the hispanic housekeepers.
Wifi was really poor, don't even try it. I think they want the longer term residents to pay separately for internet not poach off the hotel wifi. There are no nearby places to get breakfast. One could hear the neighboring rooms quite clearly. At least the neighbors weren't running any noisy hair dryers -- the bathrooms didn't have any (my wife thinks they probably got stolen). It seems like this once was a more popular place. It even had a pool and hot tube (now empty in a closed off portion of the hotel). They have converted some of the units to apartments or economical, long-term stay units that house some colorful characters. They don't get too many hotel clients now and the front desk is usually unattended. The fact that the front desk keeps no cash tells you something about the residents -- many busy smoking outside the restaurant (a room with 5 or 6 vending machines). But... life is an adventure, and you can feel good about having that concealed carry permit.
