Luxury Condo, Downtown Asheville with Fire Pit

This home was beautiful and easily walkable to restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit was very well maintained and clean. It was stocked with starter kits (coffee, cleaning, paper products, soap) and plenty of extra items (linens, paper products, etc.). The kitchen featured high-end appliances, and had every type of cooking utensil and pot/pan you would need if cooking inside the unit. All appliances and electronics worked properly, and the bed and other furniture were comfortable. The balcony was truly amazing, whether relaxing while reading or having a meal at the table. It was quiet within the unit, i.e. no noise from neighbors - however, being in the city meant hearing the occasional fire truck on the way down Biltmore Ave. Everything was walkable, whether for food, drink, galleries, shopping, or other entertainment. There is also a lovely local grocery co-op within a couple of minutes walk. The management company communicated with us continually and provided many details about accessing the building and garage, as well as suggestions for activities and dining. Given that most other accommodations charge for parking, we appreciated having the free underground parking.

Very clean, great location, nice having coffee supplies and a frig with ice! Wish the toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels were a better quality.

Very niece condo but, couldn’t use the balcony as it was way covered with the dust from the ongoing construction adjacent to the condos, the number of access codes for the property was excessive, to many rule for the rate of the condo.
