The hostess Landa is amazing and answers within minutes every time and genuinly want to help you out with everything to make your stay better and gives tips and helps out with everything. Very cozy and authentic apartment in a neighbourhood that at first sight might not seem much but hide a lot of treasures.

super kind and helpful host! unfortunately, my flight was delayed, but they were waiting for me until 3 am anyway. the kitchen is well equipped, you have everything you need - microwave, big fridge, coffeemaker, toaster.
Great place to stay if you don’t want to be around touristic places, quite and comfortable.
I couldn’t figure out how to use a washer, or it didn’t work, was important for me as a full time traveler.

The apartment is within walking distance of the Ultramar Ferry (18 min boat ride to Isla Mujeres). The host is very kind and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, very clean and cozy and very nice if you want to sleep in an authentic Mexican house. Not very luxurious but a good fridge, WiFi and airconditioning.
The location is very ideal if you want to visit Isla Mujeres. Near a supermarket and a small (food)market in a quiet, safe residential area but little else to do within walking distance.

Very calm and authentic place in a real Mexican neighborhood. Loved the outdoor area. The beds were very comfortable.
