Stunning condo in downtown Asheville. Equipped with two king bedrooms; each has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Each balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Arboretum. Once parking space is available, but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Condo is beautifully decorated. Location is great, you can walk to shops and restaurants. Road noise took a little getting used to but that’s expected in a busy little city. Overall, great condo!

This is a very lovely apartment, and the location is perfect with great mountain views. It’s a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. However, the location does have its drawbacks. As we all know with a downtown location, the road and party noise goes until 3 am. This did not bother us too much. Our major problem was the sleeping arrangement. While the apartment description states room for 6, with 2 king beds and a sofa bed, it should be a requirement that the owner sleep on the foldout mattress. The mattress consists of metal springs with a thin coating of cloth. We had to sleep 3 people in a King bed and one person on the sofa without using the foldout. I would stay again but with four people only.
