The lake and property was very spacious and well cared for. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to any who wantus to get. Out of the city.

This cabin was perfect for our Girls Week. The cabin is well stocked with kitchen supplies, spices, plates, silverware and glasses. There are plenty of towels in the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. There are plenty of large door walls and windows and, with the use of the box fans, we were comfortable despite the lack of AC. The view of the lake is awesome and there were floats and kayaks for use. We rented a pontoon from Mel's resort across the lake and spent one afternoon touring around the lake. The lake is so peaceful and we saw plenty of fish. The shed had plenty of firewood and there is a nice firepit. The cabin is close enough to Ludington, Manistee, and Lake Michigan for extra activities. I highly recommend this place for a family, friends, or girls retreat.

Loved the cabin! My 4-year-old loved playing in the water. The swim area is perfect for little ones. It is shallow enough to give them a fun area to wade. There is also a "seaweed wall" where my 4-year-old did not want to go any further. The dock provided a nice area for my husband to teach her how to fish. The house itself is gorgeous and clean. The owners are quick to respond. I would reccommend it!
