The house is very nicely maintained and great for a group to be able to spread out. Alison was very responsive and helpful. The walk into town is very doable but far enough to be out of the college town craziness. I will definitely consider coming here again when visiting with a group!

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house for Arts Fest. Grateful we got to use the fire pit in the evenings. Definitely recommend. Thank you, Alison and Brian.

Our weekend stay at the home was ideal for our family. Lots of living space, bedrooms, kitchen and a nice back yard. Very convenient to downtown and campus. The home was well equipped for what we needed and it was easy to communicate with the host. A great choice for your stay in State College.

The house was perfect for our family "tailgate" reunion. Walking distance to the stadium. Super clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. There was decent off street parking. We would definitely return.
