The house made our group feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked for a group of women cooks and bakers to enjoy the whole weekend. The house is so spacious with convenient bathrooms in some of the rooms. The parking made us feel safe and secure. Thank you to the host that would respond so quickly to my questions. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the property. We were there for the NCAA National Intramural Tennis tournament which was held at TCU. Great location for what we needed and very clean home. We had great communication with the host. We held a team dinner for our players one night and had plenty of room for everyone. As a couple of "team moms" we loved the kitchen space to prepare food for our players. Would definitely stay here again for any needs around the TCU/Stockyards area.

From the time we booked the property until we checked out, the communication with the owners was great. The house was spotless when we checked in. It was well stocked with paper products, quality bath towels, water, and snacks. It was the perfect locale for our visit to Ft Worth as it was easy to get Dickies Arena and many great area restaurants.

The house is older, but well maintained and nicely updated. The neighborhood was not acceptable. It was not a place we felt safe to take a walk. On Friday night, around 10 pm, there were multiple gun shots fired outside the house. We called 911 and reported the incident. Our family was very uneasy for the remainder of the night. Also, the house across the street had a long banquet-type tent that apparently housed many dogs that barked day and night. We cannot recommend this property/location to anyone.
