The master and guest rooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, while the loft has a comfortable pullout.
This lake house comes with a private dock and is nestled in a beautiful cove. Rock Springs boat ramp is less than 1 mile away. Bring your boat! The kitchen is fully stocked, full sized washer & dryer, a smart TV and WiFi. There is a lower patio and an upper deck with gas grill and dining table. Parking available for 3 cars and 1 boat trailer. It is located between Tugaloo State Park and Paynes Creek Campground. Also, this home is close to downtown Hartwell and Lavonia. Well behaved pets are welcomed.

This property was great! It was well-represented by photos & descriptions listed on the VRBO site. We’ve never had an easier check-in/check-out process. We enjoyed our time there and were happy to be able to bring along our pet. It’s a beautiful area for sure!

This is our second time staying at this wonderful property. The owners are extremely helpful. The property is extremely clean with little touch of details to make you feel at home. Airy feel to the rental. Nice clean dock and quiet & safe neighborhood. Highly recommend! Owner even went out her way to mail an item back to us that we left accidentally.
